Arts and Culture continues to conduct Master Classes to empower the youth in the arts

The Department of Arts and Culture continues to conduct Master Classes under the Living Legends Legacy Programme (LLLP) to provide a platform for the living legends to interact and share their knowledge and experience with the younger generation in programmes that promote artistic development.

The renowned multi-instrumentalist jazz legend, Ellias Ngidi and Theo Bophela, a composer, pianist, music educator and director will conduct a Master Class to inspire young jazz student, performers and artists on Friday, 03 June 2016 at The Bat Centre in Durban.

The Master Class is part of the Living Legends Legacy Programme launched in August 2015 by the Department of Arts and Culture to honour the living legends across all arts disciplines for their contribution in the Arts, Culture and Heritage sector.
